Just all around rat behavior and he is sinking his teeth into this piece of cheese. It's rubbing off too..I was too harsh on Tuch the other day. I still think he's more of a 1/2W tweener, and some things in his game leave me wanting/worried about precipitous decline. But he works his ass off and produces consistently. I'm glad he's on the team. That play in overtime last night was his essence.
Zucker is a maniac.We've needed his kind of energy from our vets for years.

That's been the thing with Cozens all season. His underlying numbers aren't awful (they're not great, but not awful), but he's being paid to translate that into production, and until that happens, his miscues will be magnified.I didn't think Cozens was bad last night

My only complaint is about Tuch. On that last shift he was awesome, he flew around with the mentality that he would murder anyone for the puck. We've seen it before, I just wish he'd turn the switch on more often. He can absolutely take over a game whenever he wants, this group needs him to do more often.

Yeah, when he was getting shots in decent position early it seemed like just a matter of time. He looks so rattled.
What drives me nuts the most about Dan is his need to do idle chat instead of play calling when play is active. His pauses and endless little Amos of information just does not add to the action. That chatter is for when play is dead
The mindless chatter makes it so I turn the sound off or the opposing teams feed.

It was really annoying when I was working because it he would say somebody scores and i'm like when the hell did the puck get in the zone? Even on his last day RJ you could tell where the puck was listening in on the radio even though he was getting a mixup of names wrong near the end.

it's not to like his ( Owen power) game against second tier opponents as his response to simple coaching and his detail and confidence of what he'll look like against everyone comes out without thinking w that extra milliseconds ...
it's hard not to like the detail and physicality of Byram that we traded Mitts at his Apex ( Casey has such great hands that will evolve as he finds his proper place as 2 c or good 3c in the Avs lineup for years )
I would definitely trade Mitts straight up for McLeod as far as his ( McLeod) dynamic and style which reminds me of a bigger faster Benson ( hard not to win ALot w a team w the COMPETEand Hockey IQ anticipation , Of Zach Benson )
To a get a true Top 4 Defenseman in Byram ( Not even near his true ceiling as Dahlin and him push each other ( aminutes eater like 26 taboot
, ( only giving up Matt savouie , who I believe benefited more from the Zach Benson effect ( but will be a hungry 2nd or 3rd line center ( Armia?) for years in the NHL IF, he becomes more physical and harder along the wall in the future ( like a Zach Benson or a McLeod ), If Savoie developes a shot w a top line , the trade may even out. Lots of IF .

What has sold me that the triumvirate of Ruff Ka and Karnanos w Jerry Forton checking all their work is the coachability and trust that Byram has displayed and improved upon .
the calm technique ( new and more consistent) and physical game he's displayed ( like the Bills Cook) compliments Dahlin and anyone else he's with, w the ability ( rare) to go end to end anytime he's pissed or it's needed like Dahlin and an Emerging power
