He should fight for something legit, nothing petty, and the guy he’s taking with him needs to be an impact player himself. Thompson would be a worthy foe tonight.

No, Seider should just ragdoll Tuch or Skinner. Walman should give whichever one Seider doesn’t take a flying elbow drop from on top of the bench.

One area that Yzerman seems to either really like or has an ability to identify is defenseman who have a strong backhand. Walman, Seider, Matta, and even Chiarot are all strong in that area, and it’s been a big help to the defense this year. Makes it easier on the forwards too.
