RW Noel Gunler - Luleå HF, SHL (2020, 41st, CAR)

  • We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. Our hosting provider, XenForo Cloud, encountered a major issue with their backup system, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of some critical data from the past year.

    What This Means for You:

    • If you created an account after March 2024, it no longer exists. You will need to sign up again to access the forum.
    • If you registered before March 2024 but changed your email, username, or password in the past year, those changes were lost. You’ll need to update your account details manually once you're logged in.
    • Threads and posts created within the last year have been restored.
    • Our 2025 light and dark themes were lost, so we are rebuilding them. Light theme is currently available, but work in progress

Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. We are taking steps with Xenforo Cloud to ensure this never happens again. This is work in progress. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through this.

In the meantime, feel free to join our Discord Server
Back down with J20, where he'll most likely stay until he signs a rookie contract with Luleå as he's 1 regular game away from 100 minutes played in the SHL.

E: immedietly scores a PP goal with the J20 team his first game back:

Got a secondary assist in the 1st and at the start of the 2nd had this 5v5 goal.

Now back on top as SuperElit's point leader at 37 in 24 games & 1½ periods.

E: and just got another secondary assist, so now above 1.50 PPG.

E2: Got another assist, now having 5 points in the game & on the ice for another goal.

Hat trick!

Ends the game with 3 goals, & 3 assists. Now at 40 points in 25 games in SuperElit. Second best is a 3-way tie between Carl Wassenius, Linus Andersson, & Isak Dahlin with 36 points in 26, 28, & 25 games respectively. All of those 3 are 19yo.

I've seen this guy play a couple of times, but I think I saw him before he started playing really well the last year.

For those who've watched him recently, what would be a good comparable? Tarasenko?

Yeah style wise that's not too far off, but he is not as quick (not at pro level at least). Haven't seen too much from J20, but the numbers speak for themselves.

Will play on the 3rd today alongside Lundeström, & Einar Emanuelsson(swehockey says Einar, but their site says Emil Larsso, but Larsson is suspended).

Not in the SuperElit lineup today so should be playing in the SHL today if he isn't out sick or with an injury.

E: Not playing in the SHL today, so must be sick, or injured.
E2: He's suspended 5 SuperElit games for pushing over a ref.

First game back after his suspension in SuperElit, which also was the last game of the regular season, and scored 2 5v5 goals in a 6-3 loss.

Ends his SuperElit season 31GP, 27G, 19A, 46P
