He was a top 10 player before the draft.Injury and questions about his worketic are the reason he falls.Blues have many russian players i think that will help him.

Became the KHL champion and also finished the playoffs as the absolute leader in hits - 99 hits in 24 games.

I thought he looked like he belonged. Wanna see how he does once he “settles in” there’s a lot of nice tangibles with his speed, power, physicality combined with nice hands. Is he a high IQ guy? Not in my eyes, doesn’t do much to manipulate D or buy time for himself with the puck, but I could see those things come along as he gets more and more experience, opportunity and comfortability

Correct. Saad is out for COVID protocol reasons and Buch is serving the second game of his suspension.

Not sure if he will stay on that line the whole game, but I'm excited for Kostin to get a look on the Blues' top line. He has earned the opportunity with his play this season IMO. Plus it's just great to see him having success in the NHL after so much hard work the past couple years!
