He seems like he has a great shot, but that isn't going to be enough to get an NHL job.

How is his 5 on 5 game?

has 4 PP sog, 3 goals
no 5 on 5 sog, 0 goals

I thought he's been decent at 5-on-5. I have been surprised at his passing and creativity as so much of the focus is on his shot.

Knights really need Cowan back to help out at 5-on-5 to create more chances, so after he's returned it'll be easier to assess Halttunen's performance.

Look what playing in London does for a player
NGL, really hoping for Halttunen to succeed, but hammering home powerplay one-timers is not what I want him to improve on to become more of a player.

Guess a better way to put this is, I never expected hammering home one-timers to be a problem for him.

He’s the real deal. You will all understand soon why London is the best development spot for any prospect
His GWG was nice but came from a missed call by the refs on Saturday. The follow up was on Niagara as they let the GWG affect them because of the missed call.

I think if he’s in the NHL, he’s 3rd line, maybe 2nd at best. Good support player, nothing special imo.

Only 8?

That seems really low to me.
Yeah, Tomas Sandström (1982) 856, Geoff Sanderson (1990) 700, Jeff Brown (1984) 584, Jarret Stoll (2002) 388, Rod Langway (1977) 329, Janne Niinimaa (1993) 319, Jamie McGinn (2006) 220, Jeff Shantz (1992) 211.

Of active NHL players only Jesper Boqvist (2017) might be getting there with 55 points in 190 games so far.
