He also put AA into the bench. That was great.
Yes, it is. Not the worse non-call we've seen this year tho!!Isn't that interference? Its awesome either way though
before that game he had been pointless for how long? ten games? i wouldn't call it taking offSomeone said he would take off in the second half of the season as most rookies do....a goal with 2 apples last game.
Interesting coaching. Your player had 3 points last game, so what to do at next game? Idea! To reduce his TOI.

Svech was the most notable player on the canes by a fair margin IMO. Aho was good but more in flashes. Svech was doing something every time he was out there, always looked dangerous+ he made wallmark look great. I kept wondering how the f wallmark kept getting the puck but it was because svechnikov was rightfully drawing a lot of our D's attention when he was out there.
I agree with Loubardias, when this kid puts on some more weight and gets some more confidence at NHL level he is going to be very good.
he went scoreless in 15 out of his 17 last games. i won't be surprised if he ends up with about 30 points, which is underwhelming for a guy who was drafted second overall. He’ll probably hit 20g and ~40pts this year, not too bad for an 18yr old. I’d suspect a big jump in production next year with, hopefully, more productive and skilled line-mates, like Necas or Aho.
