IIRC both of Labanc' parents are from Slovakia.

I get you with Rosandic some what, but Mykhlukha's case is a little more complicated. He didn't come to Slovakia to improve in hockey, his father moved to Slovakia to work as a coach in a different sport and Oleksii came with him. He wasn't even going to play hockey in Slovakia before the local coach suggested it to his father.

I don't think the guys like Labanc should be eligible for Slovakia, on the other hand if a player who is growing up in Slovakia wants to play for Slovakia I feel like it's their decision.
