Looked fast every time I saw him play for the Hawks, but this latest injury, who knows.

Yup. In terms of delusion, it's Habs and it's not close.

It used to be the Leafs, but they've eaten so much humble pie over the years that's dissipated.

He's the missing piece. You will see.

Hard to play in Chicago, when your heart is in Edmonton.
If they bring back Taylor Hall, they get what they deserve, they deserve what they get. He’s Dany Heatley with speed.

Stauffer shot down anything Jiricek related. He did say players want to come to Edmonton and he keeps hinting we ain’t doing shit until the deadline.

I don’t think we will get any Dman. Every team will know we are desperate at that time. That’s just my opinion. I’m keeping hopes down but I don’t believe in Bowman.
As someone who thought Jiricek could be a target for the Oilers last summer, I’m glad to hear they aren’t in on him.

I get the feeling someone is going to pay a big price for him because he does have a tantalizing skillset for a big RHD but skating is the one thing that can really hold a player like that back at the highest level. The fact that he’s D+3 and skating hasn’t shown much of an improvement is a concern, especially considering he’s a Euro who spent a good portion of his developmental years playing on the larger ice surface.

The other thing is that Waddell is a smart executive, he’s got a recent 6th overall who plays a premium position they aren’t deep at, on a team that isn’t going to be competitive in the near future. This is the organization that knows him best and it says a lot that they’d bring in a waiver claim instead of playing Jiricek and then trade him.

Whatever it takes, get the Nucks' goalie coach.

Do it now! If could even save us from having to get a new goalie at TDL.

This is what a goalie can do.

Canucks have 8 shots in almost 2 periods and like 5 of them are on a PP. Maybe 1 high danger chance call game.

Bruins have had a bunch and Lankenen just saving everything
It helps a bit that Boston has one of the worst offenses in the entire league this season.

I'd move Skinner for Hall if the money was the same.
Me too. But why would Chicago do that? They’re not going to retain $3m out of the goodness of their heart. At which point you’re looking at sending assets back with Skinner. Not sure that’s still worth it.

What’s this talk of Taylor Hall? We Kane, Savoie, Jarventi who are better option than him at this point.

NO HALL. NO CUP. YOUVE ALL SEEN IT WITH YOUR OWN EYES. HOW MANY CUPS SINCE WE LOST HALL? ZERO.
