True, Mantha's ask wasn't that high and they basically trade "both" their 2025 & 2026 1st for Hanifin because of the conditions. Cheating is interesting for sure. Here's hoping they have rough stretch of injuries.

Gazzola just said on Edmonton Sports Talk that he was told that Ebs is likely going to sign with Seattle. Oilers aren't likely looking at him at this point but can circle back if nothing is done by Friday.

It makes too much sense for him to stay in Seattle.

Eberle, like Henrique, would not have been my first choice but it's a quality player that fills a hole.

I'd think it's Foegele out if that comes to fruitiion. Warren would be almost without a role after Ebs was brought in anyway.

I mean with 75% retention you don’t need to move Foegele, the cap would work

Figured they would do this. Its the easy thing to do. I personally think they need his speed and size in the lineup.

They should just trade Broberg and Holloway because they don’t play them anyway. And we don’t get the use of the cheap ELC.
