Agreed, family always comes first.I dont like the player but I definitely respect Hamonics reasoning.
Doesn't want to play against the team he's gonna sign with?I dont like the player but I definitely respect Hamonics reasoning.
Boeser would be THE scoring winger for Davo. Probably too pricey though.
I think Boeser would be a great fit but we have no cap space
His best year came when Pettersson wasn’t in the nhl.Boeser is heavily carried by Petterson. He's okay but you don't want to pay a lot for him.
Is it boeser that wants a new pasture first and foremost of the team?
Edit, btw now I have ads at the top and bottom of this screen with about 1cm left too actually see the posts. Wtf
I actually think Boeser is just injury prone rather than regressing. He is constantly trying to get back to his baseline. I would still take a chance on him.Boeser is incredibly overrated. He basically has the same career path as Eberle. Peaks early, inexplicably loses a bit of his shooting ability and becomes a inconsistent one dimensional soft forward. He's the worst Canucks forward in their top 6. If you watch Canucks games he's pretty useless when he doesn't score, and for some reason he's lost a lot of his scoring ability.
Boeser would look awesome next to McDavid. Nothing wrong with being a similar player to Eberle. Not every winger has to have a complete 2 way game.
Unlike Ebs, Boeser has the full range of shooting tools. He can take a 1-timer. Ebs likes the dust off wrister and it didn't take long for him to be figured out on McDavid's wing. You knew you could lean towards McDavid and still have time to cover Ebs if there was some space there because Ebs always held the puck the extra second before shooting if McDavid passed to him.
I'd really like to see Boeser with McDavid as well. Probably no chance of it though of course
Are you telling me Ebs didn't have a one timer????!!!!?????
And he's lazy and buttery softHe did try, I'll give him that. He knew he needed to add it to his game to be effective with McDavid and changed his stick and focused on it for a summer. Sadly, he completely ruined his wrister in the process, didn't successfully add the 1-timer, and had the worst goal scoring season of his career (up to that point).

my offer would be Broberg and Chaisson for Boeser
Doesn't look like Green wants to be an Oiler next season .
Not gonna rag on him from opting out of these playoffs.
