This was the draft they completely mailed in because of Covid.
What This Means for You:
Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. We are taking steps with Xenforo Cloud to ensure this never happens again. This is work in progress. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through this.
In the meantime, feel free to join our Discord ServerWith so many bigger players taken in the recent draft he is a bit of a throwback and could be a nice compliment to the smaller puck movers coming up through the Flyers' pipeline. With ASU moving up to the NCHC this year, it will be interesting to see how he does.
We need our Ty Murchisons to cover all the Buiums we have in the prospect pool, duh.DEFENSEman
It's their job to play defense. You need guys to CYA to pair with those small offensive dmen. Plus, he will be cheap for a long time with those low point totals.

Weirdly disappears during the season for the most part though. He does this every few months.
It’s amazing how the Flyers don’t really understand the sheer odds against this type of profile even to reach a limited role in the NHL.
Yeh, I would have used the contract spot on a young UFA out of Europe or CHL etc...
Sharakanov is UFA THIS SUMMER if he goes undrafted again for example.
Signed to an ELC.
I chuckled when I reread the first post of this thread:
“Ty is power-play specialist and one who can quarterback the top power-play unit. Murchison is aware of the passing lanes and knows how to deliver crisp, quick, flat passes for his wingers to one-time on net. His shot will need to continue to develop as the velocity is average for his age. However, when he shoots, the puck seems to find a way through on goal. As Ty shoots the puck more, the penalty killers in front of him will be forced to respect the shooting lanes rather than assume Murchison will keep the puck moving. Ty walks along the blue line very well and often uses this to his advantage to keep the play alive and change the angle for a pass or shot attempt. I see him having a significant amount of assists this season as he creates time and space for his forwards.” – DraftGeek
I guess that turned out to be a bit inaccurate.
Don't steal my thunder! I called this signing last monthLed the NCHC in blocked shots this year, boys!
