And where do you find these advanced stats for obscure leagues?

Well, you can look at who the other forwards are and their track records and see that Ciernik would probably be up over 0.75 P/GP on a decent team! And that he has developed since last year for sure. And you can see game by game how much he influences play when on ice.

There are two specific services that offer such stats for basically every pro league and a lot of junior leagues too. But they are not "really" for the public tbh given price point etc... they are there for pro teams and agencies.

I think you have misunderstood the nature of the boat. Some boats are designed to go underwater and then strike with maximum surprise and devastation. Ciernik is such a boat.
