This should be a great series and the Jets look settled in and set to go.
If I wasn't a Jet fan, I'd still be seeing this series as the one to watch - two dangerous teams that rely on opposite strengths.
Who's better set up to win PO hockey? I like our chances

Stick to the plan Jets and focus on your strength.

2 things will determine the Jets success and they're both in our control:

Play our system
No tired looking Helle

Ofc injuries but at least we're better equipped to handle this this year

So excited!!
I think a key to the win will be making sure we run all four lines. Would have liked to see Barron back, but I guess he’s not ready. Or Perfetti feasting on their fourth line. But we still have to run all four and use our depth to keep the top lines fresh.
Let’s see how Stanley performs against the speed of players like MacKinnon.

Going to have to keep Colorado's top 5 in check and need to stay out of the box.

We should be able to outclass their depth and it's not even close in net.

Also is this finally the year Ehlers steps up and contributes in the playoffs. He's been a pretty big playoff bust to this point in his career.

Our D in general will have have a tough task in containing Mac - and that's the challenge.
But he also has an advantage - Mac might beat him with his speed (as he will with most of our D) but he won't run him over.
Mac does a lot of damage by simply out muscling defenders - he can drive right through you. Stan's size, wing span and stick will be a plus.

I don't look forward to seeing Mac dismantle our blue line - we'll need to contain him in the Nzone before he generates speed, if we plan on containing him to any degree.

Play the system - Bones' puck support and back check should wear down Avs pretty quick...

Both coaches like a hard forecheck and D engaged but Colorado is missing the talent/speed for that now

Line 1 - Connor needs to stay focused and back check; Scheif should be engaged with the MacKinnon competition
Line 2 - Ehlers finally has a C with chemistry... get them the 4th line matchup
Line 3 - Lowry should be able to shut down McKinnon - Apples looks like he has his speed back - I expect 1-2 goals from them tonight
Line 4 - Just cycle it deep and repeat

D1 - No worries
D2 - Please don't over-estimate Pionk
D3 - Big test for Stan... this pairing should be a difference maker in terms of size over this series

Wish Chipman had the pucks to request wearing white jerseys at home. Whites all day, every day.
