Calgary may know they can't re-sign Rasmus Andersson and will need to move on from him.

They could replace him with Dobson and have plenty of assets to part with.

There seem to be a few guys on twitter who think that if they make vague tweets with the eyeballs emoji then other people will think they know something, and unfortunately it works.

I'm scared Dobson will end up finding the success he had last season wherever he goes.

I know that's part of the risk, but it sucks to lose homegrown talent and then see them kill it elsewhere. It's good for them, but just sucky for the team that lost them.

Can’t say all his stuff always happens, but he had Panarin to the Rags before it happened, dropped the lead on the Justin Tucker thing before it happened (without naming names)

It’s an opinion based on knowing that the front office is notoriously against things leaking out and the fanbase is desperate for any scrap of rumors they can find, so they’re more willing to believe anything that comes out, not matter where it comes from.

I think ICB had/has the smallest of information that he uses for maximum exposure. Whenever I've gone to him for Islanders information over the years he's always wrong or has nothing, despite posting posting emojis with eyes and whatever else. Now I just skip him completely because someone else almost always has the scoop beforehand.

Worth noting that the idea of trading Dobson makes a lot of sense to begin with. He hasn't performed as well since Roy came in, the team has been on a roll while he's out, and he *should* have been due for a big extension by now. The pieces are all there. So someone who cosplays an insider could easily come in and claim something is happening without actually knowing anything.

Trading Dobson for offensive help makes all the sense in the world. Resigning Nelson to a short term deal and selling him would be A-ok in my book
