It was about creating balance between the lines - you may be correct that another F on that line will be stronger. Also Reilly just signed a 1 year deal with Isles no AAV yet. Duclair signing needs to be at 3 not greater than 4.

Tsyp projects as more of a 4th liner I think, Holmstrom can be a third liner with a center like Nelson, Palms is their best RW in your scenario.

I had Reilly getting 2 x 2M per, anything shorter and cheaper than that is huge because NYI needs all the cap they can get.
