Speculation: Roster Building thread - Part XVII - (TDL is March 7th)

  • Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. The admin team will continue to work on existing issues, templates and upgrade all necessary available addons to minimize impact of this new version. Click Here for Updates
  • We're expecting server maintenance on March 3rd starting at midnight, there may be downtime during the work.
Kreider could conceivably get a full haul in a trade, sorry guys but you've all been watching the same league I have the past 20 years. Guys like Chris are coveted by GMs. It's one of the reasons I'm even open to moving him- it looks more and more like he and Panarin may actually be declining now and so if the plan is to be good 3-4 more years, now might be the time to swap them out.

For Lindgren, a late 2nd rounder would be fair.

Then you give Cuylle 6 years, 25 million.
healthy Kreider now vs healthy Kreider 3-4 yrs down the road, makes sense
THAT is NOT the current reality
it is return on an unhealthy, part time ck at best

everybody get a grip and stop

I personally still believe Laf can be a good player, however, would you trade Laf plus Kreider and a pick for a signed Raantanen? I'd do it, it would make the cap tricky to fill out the bottom 6 I suppose but we'd have a bonefide rw finally.

Pärssinen is good, Bednar just hated him in Colorado, Brunette also lost his interest on him. Was very good under Hynes. Arguably, he's as good if not better than Chytil skills wise. He's a center. He has #2C upside.

I’m gonna call hyperbole on this one.

I love how Drury feels the need to acquire a 33 year old defenseman so he can sell the notion that he’s not tearing it down.
