If his back is that f***ed he should sit and get healthy. Let's not bitch about how disrespectful it is to sit him if he's so injured he looks like absolute shit out there and is doing nothing

He's perfectly healthy. The Rangers made a point to call it a a healthy scratch in NJ. he led the forwards in ice time in Nashville. Him making the back injury comments was thinly veiled attempt to scuttle Drury's trade plans. It was a "mask off" moment for Kreider sadly.

well there's some guy around here claiming he has inside knowledge that Kreider's back is f***ed blah blah.

My point being either he just sucks shit this season and needs to pick it up and stop running his mouth, or he needs to sit down and heal and stop running his mouth. Pick one.

well maybe their $11.5 mill/year goalie should make a f***in stop?

The 2021 Canadiens went 24-22-11. The 2022 Canadiens went 22-46-11.

46-70-22 in the regular season.

In between that, they went to the Stanley Cup Finals.

That was the end of me having to care about W-L records. That's over.

There’s one person on here who has proven that he has any insider info and it’s basically him letting us know something is about to hit the news wire 5-10 minutes before it happens. Unless he said it, it’s just noise IMO.

If his back were that f***ed, he wouldn’t be playing. There are a multitude of reasons for this beyond just pain.

I think that one speaks more to COVID weirdness in every sport. 73 year old Tom Brady winning a Super Bowl. NBA Bubble.

I can't do 5 minutes on a rowing machine with minor back spasms. The idea someone could play hockey with basically anything really wrong with their back is insane.

That stupid f*** Drury is gonna play hardball with every team and we aren't gonna get any trades done and this season will be a complete waste. Just trade these guys. Who gives a f*** at this point what the return is. The return is letting younger players play and getting draft picks.

I went back and listened to EF's interview on Sportsnet. The Rangers will make life uncomfortable for their players. Are they taking away the booze on the plane or the food after the game? Will management threaten to place players on waivers or accept a trade to a certain club? Kreider? He is only player who can be placed on waivers. Panarin, Mika and Trocheck have NMC. Smith has a limited NTC to 8 teams. Kreider would be the only player to threaten with waivers. Smith would probably run away from here.

Marek and Pierre discussed the Rangers players giving up on the team and they hate Drury.

EF has zero special insight to the Rangers org and "make life uncomfortable" means demoting/scratching Mika and Kreider and taking them off special teams.

stapled to Mika, 8 total goals from the blue line. I think we had like 20 goals from the blue line this time last year. Adam Fox with just 1 goal is equally WTF
We don’t have a single d man with at least 10 points aside from Fox . It’s really bad you guys

One thing that annoys me is the lack of center depth in the organization. Who’s the best prospect? Korczak?
This front office has no vision , no long term outlook whatsoever. Even if Zibanejad was still half decent, you still need to backfill the depth and you need to draft f***ing centers. The last center they drafted that had even top 6 upside was Chytil. 8 f***ing years ago. Idiots . Morons. HFBoards could run a team better

Keep: Fox, Schneider, Mancini, Tro, Laf, Cuylle, Chytil, Berard, Edstrom, Othmann, Perrault, Sykora, Igor

Dump Now/ Deadline: Krieder, Lindgren, Smith, Borgen, Vesey, Quick

Dump offseason: Mika

Could go either way or if offer is good: Miller, Panarin, Jones, Vaak, Carrick,

Sounds about what I’ve got but I’d add Tro to the “maybe” list if a package of a first, good prospect, young roster player was on offer.

Otherwise keep him.

Somehow Vesey went from being a great 10th forward his first season back to an entirely average 4th liner since

Rangers need their OG Anunoby trade.
....
OG is nice but they would have been better off making 1 or 2 moves differently, incl possibly not doing OG if unavoidable, and keeping Hartenstein instead

Kreids for Howden
Hell to the no

He's perfectly healthy.
Sez you

imo Roobroeck although he's further away
but Korz + Henriksson show nothing
BMB maybe til Roo is ready
