y'all need to get it through your f***in skulls that nobody wants lindgren. We are not going to trade him. Miller we'll trade for a 2nd. Lindgren will be a ranger until offseason and then will walk.

I don't see any of Kreider Panarin or Lindgren traded. Obviously not Zib.

Smith will go, maybe Vesey.

Nothing major and no good moves.

They’ve already made 2 major moves this season. More are coming don’t worry.

Damnit I like Carrier. I wonder if Nashville and Montreal were also in on Kakko

Could see Drury preferring Borgen on a 1 year as opposed to Carrier on a multi year deal. Dolan is backing him so he wants the flexibility I guess.

Borgen is more physical so there’s that. They’re actually pretty comparable over the last couple of years and both have struggled this year. Same age.

I’m actually cautiously optimistic with Borgen but I really though Carrier was a good buy-low candidate

They don’t care if Borgen is good or not. Same with U.V. They are just expiring contracts, which is fine if they are rebuilding. That being said, I have no idea why re-signed Igor

Here
The most alarming part of the Kakko deal is that Drury made it.

He offloaded Goodrow and Trouba. Those were salary dumps not hockey trades.

Dolan could’ve handed over the keys to a new Gm with all that space and performed a reset.

To me this deal says Drury isn’t going anywhere. And whether or not you think this was fair value - he better have a sound vision of where he wants to go from here.

I’m not too excited about it lol

Who cares? He's fun to watch and other teams are afraid of him.

SBOB once said “giving Sather cap space is like giving teenagers a bottle of whiskey and some car keys”. That’s how I feel about letting Chris Drury make any decisions with this team.

If this is true, & it may well be, then this is dark ages PART II

Seriously. This will only get worse.
