Vince has reported that they have a general framework of a bridge deal they're working on around 2 years in the $2-2.5M range. Rangers also aren't trading Kakko, so that notion just needs to stop.

I would be more worried about a Kakko offer sheet if the Kotkaniemi offer sheet was looking like a better move.

It'll be tricky. If the goalies are trying to find the best spot in the carousel then we might have to wait 2 days to sign a backup. Or we could sign whoever Allaire likes on the first day if they're willing but I think FAs will try for the spots with some competition first.

Strongly believe Malkin will be a NYR on Thursday. I can’t see any other realistic destination for him. Trade for Patty Kane and then you have one of the best lines of all time with Panarin-Malkin-Kane. Half serious

I’m 100% certain the Pens then sign Vinny Trocheck to replace him, he’s from Pittsburgh and a 2C. No better fit
