I missed that. That’s interesting. That behooves Dallas considering where it landed. They know where this pick is. Like everyone says if they for some reason fall off next year that’s a good pick. So yeah, I could definitely see Nill wanting to make it this years. If he’s signing him? Of course he’d like to do that.

From the looks of the developmental team setup.

I wouldn’t mind having turcotte going up against Hughes for the next 10 years. That sounds pretty awesome competition wise.

But the rangers would probably have to get higher than 7 to get him.

Well, to that end, what connections could you possibly have if you call a player getting traded to like five different teams, and then insisting you called it one one of them did? I believe he did have some very peripheral sources, loved the attention that got him here, and then tried to continue that influence after he moved to Nashville and the sources dried up. Its the continuing to put out "info" when you stopped getting info that bothers me.

This would explain why we acquired Colton Scissons 3 times in 2017-2018.

It's alright. I wouldn't be blown away to see them take a goalie in the draft somewhere, but I'm not wringing my hands over it.

Yeah, I brought Ricky up for a reason, sorry to have done so in dragging things OT. Hopefully we can all just move on and enjoy what looks like it could be a fun 24 hours.

To be fair, he said that they hadn't gotten to the point of talking serious numbers

I mean the convo he had with his agent could have been as simple as this:
