I post very rarely these days. This place still provides great entertainment after all these years.

If you've been around these boards for two decades as some of us have then it's likely you've come to appreciate what Edge has to say. If not, no big deal. Prattle on. That's part of what a board is all about.

As for Pizza. I've grown picky over the years. The best is at my house....and you can't have any.
 
I definitely don't want to activate the condition on the deal. So Fox has to start in the AHL and can get called up for the end of the season, where he won't get to 30 games played. Anyhow, I don't expect Fox to make the team immediately. His skating is a question mark to me.
The rangers don’t care about the conditional. They want fox to play if he can. So should we.

All of these discussions are silly, IMO. SC BBQ is great, so is NC, KC, TX, etc etc. They really shouldn't be compared with each other, but only within their own categories. For example, I like Moe's BBQ is Matthews, NC more than Queen City Q... both NC. I always say there are 5 major pizza categories in the US. NY-style, Chicago-style, gourmet (i.e. California pizza kitchen, Mellow Mushroom, etc), frozen, and fast food (Pizza Hut, Domino's, etc). Comparing across pizza categories is a fruitless endeavor.
Mellow mushroom is always reliable

Bagels are my favorite thing ever. I freakin love bagels. So many ways to have a bagel


I don’t have a good pizza place within 45 minutes, so the pizza talk wasn’t getting me hungry, but I do have a good bagel place across town, and that just made me hungry
 
You can't be from NY if you even use the word Neopolitan for Pizza. Maybe for desert but not for Pizza. It's either Sicilian or Regular.
Why not? Neapolitan pizza is a southern Italian pizza. The majority of Italians who immigrated to America over the last 2 centuries came from that area and settled mostly in NYC, NJ and Philly. They most definitely brought Neapolitan pizza with them here.

You're right, but since there's no Oxford comma, he still could easily have been referring to Strome as a prospect. As was mentioned, poorly written sentence, which still loses points.

I don't see Edmonton's 8th pick OA up there which sucks. I doubt Vancouver would move their 10 OA pick unless it was to move up. I see nothing on there in regards to Buffalo. Granted, this isn't a cut and dry board but what's known and what information is credible that can be leaked. I wonder if we are actually trading for Jesse Puljujarvi...
 
You 100% can be from NY and say Neapolitan for style. There's a huge difference between Neapolitan style pizza and classic NY style slice. They are vastly different bro.
Grew up with Sicilian as the term. Neapolitan based on what another poster described, I think out by me was a specialty slice
 
I had a dream last night, well it was more of a nightmare, that Jeff Gorton walked out to the podium and announced he was proud to offer the second pick to the Calgary Flames. I didn't stay asleep long enough to find out what the return was but I'm blaming this thread
 
Second pick isn't going anywhere.

I can't tell you if the trades will come to fruition, but I am certain the second pick is not being shopped or moved.

The Rangers media department already has their assignments for projects related to Kakko, and backup plans in case it's Hughes.
