Why would ARZ be the team overpaying? If anyone has to overpay its the hakws.

The + would have to be big. I think Hjarlmarsson is a big +. Possibly even more. Don't think it's Panarin. Seabrook will not waive to go there and no way Chayka takes him while regressing. Anisimov would have to waive as well and I don't see him there either.



So it's not for #7. Might be something smaller.
