I never really liked the retiring of the numbers 2, 9, 11 and 35 when it happened. It was too soon. It's like voting someone into the HOF a year after retirement. They should have waited.

They’re greedy, as they still are retiring multiple numbers years and years later. Just a money grab.

I've watched a lot of Habs this year, they play...weird games. Sens too. Kind of an exaggerated version of what people think the "new NHL" is, but not really AV hockey, they don't get creamed on shots IIRC

I think you’re on to something. After Vegas was so successful last year a lot of teams have completely overhauled their styles. We’re seeing a lot of upheaval this season. Weird all over, I’d say.
