I didn't follow any games just looked at the stats.
Is Kulich already ahead of Rosen?
Kulich is younger so its quite impressive what he is doing.
Rosen seems to be behind Peterka and Quinn at the same step.
Is it because the roster is lacking in general compared to last year?

If I can try to answer this -

Yes, it appears Kulich is ahead of Rosen at this point in time. He's also probably ahead of Ostlund too for whatever that's worth.

Rosen is ahead of where Quinn was in Quinn's 19-year old season in Rochester.

They had a player last year that they don't this year - Ruotsalainen - to take the first line offensive minutes and produce as a vet should and a healthier Mersch who has visibly lost a step after last season's end-of-year leg injury. Peterka was also more productive than either of Kulich or Rosen or even Weissbach has been this year and that's another missing to the mix.

The Amerks' game tonight is free on AHLTV for anyone who wants to get a look at the kids.

No Biro. He was hurt last night and struggled to leave the ice.

Houser in net, running 11/7.

Kulich listed at center. The only others they have are Jobst and Malone. Warren has done it but it's not his strength per Appert.

Mersch's goal if someone isn't watching:

Bartkowski missing the puck and Eliot falling down because ice is slippery leaves Houser facing a breakaway by McMichael who ties it.

Subban starting, Kozak close but not back but could be ready by the weekend, Biro out week to week, Carson Gicewicz is done for the year with a LBI (that was known previously).
