I love that Murray just thought about backing in from behind the net to take the inside of his defender. Even he feels like he’s too fast for them

Apple, maple, black walnut, willow, something else. My wife bought 10(!!!), didn't want to help, and then when I got annoyed, she said, "this is supposed to be fun." I only had the energy to dig 4, but the holes are mostly square? We have very rocky soil so it's just as much excavation as digging.

If I can recommend that if you have a spot where you have some upwelling, plant the black walnut there. My experience from when my grandfather was planting them for veneers was he had some success where the tap root can get deep quickly. Also, they put out chemicals from the roots that will knock down competitors growing around them - expect any ground cover to not do well in an area about the same size as the canopy. So if you were thinking of having flowers around it... well... juglone will keep most from growing.

And now back to our regularly scheduled hockey game.

You really couldn't ask for anything better so far in this game. Hard skating, responsible defense, great goaltending.

Don't change anything.
 
Toronto struggled with the Amerks speed in a totally different way. They tried to keep up with it and got boat raced. Hershey is trying to neutralize it with power and has nothing left to stop the transition play. It’s like they came in with the idea to wear out Rochester…and are already completely worn out from doing it

This run is already impressive…but if Rochester wins the whole f***ing thing without getting any reinforcements sent down from Buffalo with paper transactions at the deadline…it will be the stuff of legend
