RIP Ginger Papa

I hope this doesn't come across as ignorant. I didn't realise that GP was a Canucks fan. Having seen him and interacted with him on so many different teams boards. I honestly had no idea. He came across as an intelligent, very funny, caring, all around hockey fan.
I can see how someone can find these two things as mutually exclusive.

But on topic;

Does anyone know if we could do something as a community for his family?

I'd like to tack on to this post. If there's anything we can do for this man past the grave, does that not qualify as an act of God? Should we not try to carry on GP's act even though he's not here? Can someone get in touch with his family?

I FIGURED I’D SHARE A MEMORY.

What little I knew of him he was a real asset to the boards. Easy going and funny kinda like EPC who I "knew " online for 20 + years. Good guys.

Really sad to hear this news. He was a gem.

Just so happy and enthusiastic, spammed the like button and it was 100% genuine.

He reached out to me a couple years ago to thank me for always sharing about first nations issues here and that while he didnt always agree with me he could see how much it matters and means to me. Just a level headed, open hearted lovely person to have in the community. He will be missed
You summed him up well.
