I know people like to make fun of Cheveldayoffs waiver pick ups but Santorelli has actually been looking pretty decent. It's good for Burmistrov to finally get a linemate who has scored more than one goal his entire career.

Between my feed dying and having to yak with the ladyfriend, I managed to miss all four freking goals, grrr! Does anyone have any clips of them that they could post?

Thanks!

Santorelli has looked good so far.
Wright has been a good 4th line energy pickup.
Clitsome (regardless of some problems) has played a key role when needed at time during the season.

Youtube channel WinnipegJets11 will have the highlights posted in a few hours. If you're lucky, JetsFlyTogether will have them posted earlier.

Sens lose again - at this rate, the Jets might be able to catch them. They're slumping as badly as the Jets did recently.

Nice win by the Jets - I'm gonna say it again: I like that Burmi line. Santorelli definitely has some speed, Tangradi is really hustling, and Burmi has simplified his game. Great feed from Tangradi to the slot and a nice one timer from Burmi that unfortunately didn't go in.

Lots of energy from Gagnon - that 4th line was reasonably effective tonight. Killed off time, some good puck possession, and lessed the minutes that the other lines had to carry.

I still feel sorry for Kane, but a little less so that Welly was moved onto that line. Really not sure what's up with Jokinen - I really like the guy, but man: I think he borrowed Mittens cement mittens.

Up and at 'em! Keep the wins rolling.

Hopefully this shows that what the Jets needed was rest and as they enjoy two weeks at home with a leisurely schedule, they'll be coming up against teams that are as exhausted as they were last week.

Can anyone please summarize what Santorelli was saying in the post game interview that someone alluded to as being "out of line" in the game-day thread? Never saw it.

Great win tonight. Now, 1 game in the next 7 days. Hopefully we can get that W, and then sit back and watch all those games in hand play out for everyone else. Lots of L's I hope!

Great effort from the Jets right from the opening faceoff.
Too bad that flukey goal went in off Wheeler. Pavs deserved a shutout.

Air traffic control report.

Skies are clear.....weather seems "pleasant".......expect extremely light traffic on the PGT as the storm watchers will be hiding under their bridges and hanging upside down in their closets waiting for things to take a turn for the worse :sarcasm:

Well, we're still in the race, folks!

Pavelec was sensational tonight.
