By MoneyPuck's numbers we have TWO guys scoring above expected with Palat and Cotter. They're only at 1.4 and 0.6. Nico and Jack are both 2 under. Bratt's 3 under. Dougie's 4 under (probably 3 now). Timo's 5 under. It's everyone.

But like I think you’ve said before, as well as a few of us, I’m not sure if some of the guys on the team (not so much the guys you mentioned) would be expected to provide much. And I mean the depth pieces.

Bad finishers ≠ Bad offense

A bad finishing team can still be great at offense if they produce a lot of chances (Car)

I don't think they're a bad offense lol

I do think they're a bad offense at 5v5. Sure they create a ton but if you're only 23rd in 5v5 GF/60 then you're a bad offense. Even with a top 2 PP in the league they're middle of the pack in GF/G.

There's certainly a severe lack of talent on this team. The stars need to finish better as well though.

Their inability to finish is definitely an issue but that's an easier fix than actually not being able to control play and generate
