Honestly, unless you work in an NHL team's office, who knows? Like I have no idea what their day to day is and what skills you actually need. It's probably just a lot of meetings and phone calls. It's obvious to see when a bad GM makes terrible signings and trades but outside of those two metrics, no idea what tangible skills separate the Bill Zitos from the Bill Guerins.

It's hard to be worse than Mike Millbury. When I see Mike Millbury's career, I think anyone can do a better job. A cat could have done better than Mike.

AI would be the best GM. It would play exactly like your average HFBoards user on EA Sports' NHL Dynasty mode: trade every NHL caliber player for draft picks and tank tank tank.

If only Kakko could develop the Nash back up butt move.
I wish he could just get off the wall in the offensive zone like Nash. Idk if the problem is his first couple steps or his IQ is just negative when it comes to puck/body positioning.
