This loss feels like there was a mix in this loss. 25% tired, 60% didn't show up, 15% this team always under performs to weak teams.
I would just bring a lot of Utica kids, not the rookies, but guys who work hard, even if they are minor league bottom 6ers. Hamilton, Friesen (who is up here), Bancks, Zalewski, and Grenier. Bring some of them up here, and give them a roster spot. Maybe it is too crazy, but you look around at teams who just work hard and they are competitive, make the playoffs or are close to the playoffs. New Jersey, Phoenix, Calgary, Winnipeg. They work hard and play with intensity.
I will pay to watch hard work, win or lose, I won't pay for talent that is inconsistent and don't show a desire to win. If you work hard, they'll win more games than they lose.
