Like I said before, JT is as important to the Canucks as Igor or Fox is to the Rangers. After the debacle around his extension, then Petey’s extension, and even Hronek’s extension, Canuck fans just want to be happy with their stars without other fans thinking they can poach them for scraps.

What does it matter what we fans think and post here? Rumour: Rangers called on Miller. Likely other clubs called too. Now we (fans) get the fun part about suggesting trades, that won’t happen.

I can’t see the Nucks trading Coach’s Pet Miller. But if they did they could get a haul that could make their team better by chemistry alone. Boston needs a 1C. NYR just needs a huge shakeup.

I think it's well known that they have not been the closest of pals but I can't imagine a world where Pettersson is capable of making Miller take an indefinite leave. Petey is soft as butter on and off the ice.

I think that should reflect on Hughes. That’s his job as captain
