100% the easiest game I've played, and probably my best score... seems the public agrees also, as the average score is 8.8/9 and avg uniqueness is 7!

Holy shit.... your combined uniqueness is under 1% (.9%). Mine is 1.2%. I'm not sure we'll ever top these scores. You need a lot to go your way to do this well.

I confused Varada with Grosek and tried the latter as an answer for the OTT/BUF square, resulting in an incorrect answer. Ironically, Grosek came in handy later on, giving me my best percentage answer of the day.

And 8% on Gaustad? WTF... wasn't he a career fourth liner?

I put Maracle as an answer for DET/25+ wins. He wasn't close lol. After that, I was tempted to put Schwab for NJ/25+ wins but played it safe and went with Terreri. I should have gone with Schwab (42 wins)!

Ooof, this one is tough. I'm pretty sure there are only 10 players total who have played for DET and MIN (based on what I recall from Immaculate Grid's numbers, and if that's true, it's definitely the combo of 2 teams with the fewest options!)

Landon Ferraro is one of those options, but I confidently used him for DET/STL even though he only signed with STL, but never actually played with them!

I was confident using him there was the right move, because I was also confident that Cody Goloubef was another of the 10 MIN/DET guys... he was not.

No Lifelines Used

I was stuck forever on the 2nd last square, I knew there must be someone else besides Chelios and Kane, then finally it came to me with Roy Conacher. I had to double check that the Cup winner square didn't require it to be with CHI (Conacher's cups were with Boston).

Result: mighty impressive

Edit: wait a second! 40+ assists was with any team as well??? If I knew that, I could have used Coffey, Brad Richards, and (especially) Joe Murphy!!! (he maxed out at 39 assists with CHI) And Zelepukin for either of the next 2 squares!!!!!

I guessed Kontos for LA/10+ goals knowing he was known for hot streaks and that he had a big goal scoring playoff run. It turns out the guy had more playoff goals than regular season goals for LA lol.
