It is. You can view the stats screen for that square and he’s there but spelled … in a way North Americans never spelled it.

Hmm, maybe they're using EliteProspects since HockeyReference has its own version of Puckdoku. I know they had a different (perhaps correct) spelling for Sandis Ozolinsh in the past, so maybe it's a Latvian thing:

I’ve been getting closer and closer to a 0 uniqueness score and almost got there today.
I thought Rob Ramage might be too obvious for 100 PIM St. Louis but that came in at 0.4% while Bob Beers who I thought was a totally obscure TB/Boston option came in at 1%.

Yeah it looks like they might be using EliteProspects as their source now, so they went with a different spelling. I did notice before that they have Sandis Ozolinsh with a different spelling as well.
