Montreal is set in net with Dobes as the starter and Connor Hughes as the back up. They really want to develop Dobes and give him plenty of game.

Wonder what will happen with the YouTuber Kaskisuo, he did relatively well with our AHL team, but sounds like he’s Europe bound. He’s probably better then 50% of AHL’ backup

I don't think Colorado is in the market as has been mentioned due to Annunen's emergence and his being subject to waivers this year and the fact that they need to accrue as much cap space as they can; trading for Mandolese and drafting Nabokov/Cloutier addresses their current and future goaltender pipeline.

If there was a contender in the market for a veteran backup it should be Vancouver; who are entrusting their backup job to Arturs Silovs after a small playoff sample but who has waiver exempt status still in place.

Tampa Bay (Johansson), Edmonton (Pickard), and Seattle (Daccord/Grubauer) would be the other places I could see adding a 3rd guy to the mix. I think Jonas Johansson did well last year and like him in Colorado for his time here as well. He can't be the guy to fill-in for long stretches due to injury but he can handle the spot start duty (which not every goalie can do well).

Stalock has been skating in the offseason in Minnesota.

Probably not much interest in a 37 year old 3rd string goalie at this time, but something could always open up during the latter stages of preseason.

Not much has changed in the goalie market as these are the names still leftover.

G Lankinen - Nashville
G Jones - Toronto
G Raanta - Carolina
G Hellberg - Florida
G Stalock - Anaheim
G Tokarski - Buffalo
G Hutchinson - Detroit
G Subban - Columbus
G Dell - Los Angeles
G Kinkaid - New Jersey
G Dansk - Calgary
G Makiniemi - San Jose
G Ingham - Los Angeles
G Saville - Vegas
G Salminen - Winnipeg
G Grigals - Nashville
G Hart - Philadelphia

Hutchinson played one game for the Red Wings but remains unsigned. Any word on an AHL invite or is he retiring?

It’s been radio silence on the Michael Hutchinson UFA front.

Hutchinson’s future is uncertain, but his track record suggests he still has something to offer as a journeyman goaltender as 4th string option.

Hutchinson could be useful in a mentor roll to a young goaltender in the AHL as a backup.

Not much left on the goalie market.
Lankinen, M. Jones, Raanta, Stalock, Tokarski, Hutchinson, M. Subban, Dell, Kinkaid, Dansk, Ingham and Grigals

Vancouver fan here hoping that if Demko misses time and Silovs has a lingering injury, we try to sign Lankinen or Martin Jones (less preferable) as a stopgap. Failing that, try to trade for Lyon or Driedger say for the 4th we got for Podkolzin, since both these guys really are taking up spots that could be filled by either fellow former NHL veterans (Campbell in DET) or prospect upstarts could take the starters' minutes down there (Cossa/ Augustine in DET, Cooper Black who looks pretty good stats wise in FLA). I'd rather not expose our rookies (Tolopilo) or Patera to NHL competition in excessive doses.

With NHL and AHL now rosters set, the remaining UFAs are Tokarski, Hutchinson, Kaskisuo, Jones and Saville.

Not many spots available, if any. Maybe Buffalo and Winnipeg could use some depth at the AHL level. (Buffalo's AHL tandem is Sandstrom/Houser tandem while Winnipeg relies on Milic and DiVincentiis).

Maybe Tokarski (Buffalo) and Hutchinson (Winnipeg) could reunite with their former teams?

It’s only Martin Jones, Mike Hutchinson and Dustin Tokarski leftover on the market.

Kaskisuo was on a PTO to Boston that converted to a PTO with Providence, unsure if Providence will keep Kaskisuo on a PTO or release him.

Saville is shown as being under contract with Vegas but in the AHL with the Henderson Silver Knights.

1 Playoff series bought Tokarski 10 more years on his career, crazy. He was good in that series though..can win games, but can also look bad. Career backup/good AHL tender, and that's exactly how it ended up.

Dan Vladar is going to be the biggest deadline trade bait IMO.

Flames are absolutely going to pump him as much as they can looking for a big return. He looked good with Markstrom in the playoffs the last few years. Better than Markstrom vs the oilers.

You must really believe in him to say it twice Mrs Vladar!
