Referees are human. Of course they're going to get sick of players like Gallagher. All he does he complain and push the limits of what he can do.

As to the actual swearing, I believe there is a rule against swearing in an NHL game. Not that I expect it gets called every time it should, or they would have to expand the penalty boxes (and active rosters).

The real problem with all the complaining now is we all want to complain about others, but rarely hold ourselves to the same standards.
