just went to get the info , he's 5.7 175pounds
Pretty much like Cole Caufield
Simoneau himself gave the 5’6.25” info like a week or two ago. Making a joke about it, like “even if I check every week I remain…”

Your 180 on this guy is really something...

Not long ago you didn't miss one day to tell us how much Danault sucks and how Gallagher is carrying him and is basically driving that line on his own!

What happened there?
Gallagher got injured like twenty times, started playing a different kind of hockey and he just generally is not as good as he was in his prime?

Watching Drouin play I really want this guy to excel...honestly.
He just doesn't seem to have the drive and desire to be his best. I hope I am wrong.
Time has proven over and over again, he's a big fat overhyped dud. He's never had intensity for more than 2 periods, even in his jr days. Tons of talent, just not much drive or heart.

How patient will MSL be I wonder?
Drouin/Evans/Armia is like the 4th line. I'm not sure what people are expecting there.

Based on the scrimmages, the Habs lines next season will be something like:
Caufield/Suzuki/ Anderson or Hoffman
Dadonov/Dvorak/Gallagher
Pitlick/Dach/ Anderson or Hoffman
Drouin/Evans/Armia

And you have Byron, Monahan waiting for a spots too...

Tough crowd... His line had a good game IMO.

You've said it. His line. Not him.

Let's blame it on a team scrimmage game, move on and see how he'll do in the next set of games. I lost hope a long time ago. Looking at the players coming up and the kids who played today, there are a lot of them who are way hungrier than he is. Looking at projected lineups so far, it's not looking good for him. If you look at his comments pre-game today, it's even worse. Looking at the general comments from the draft, it's especially why they picked Slaf and not Wright. Shane didn't look hungry enough.

He's still playing the same way he did forever.

And you were praising him one year ago not 5 years ago.

He played fine too, made some great passes for prime scoring chances... I have no idea what you are talking about.

That line was buzzing in the offensive zone the entire game.

Tell me more about Green...

24 years old 6'2" RHD signed to a 1-year AHL contract
Ex-TB prospect (#128 2018)
Had 26 points in 73 games in the AHL last year, so pretty decent AHL D.

With how crowded we are at D, I'd call him getting a regular top4 spot on our AHL D squad a surprise.

With Edmundson out for a while we still have:

Matheson - Savard
Schueneman - Wideman
Harris-Barron
Leskinen - Bowey

Guhle - Norlinder
Fairbrother - Green
Xhekaj - Dello
Galipeau - Centorame
