Well... you'd expect defensemen to look better than forwards skating backwards, but yeah their skating is real smooth.

As long as he’s a mean SOB who’s defensively sound in his own end and makes 1-2 big hits a game, I think he’s exactly what the doctor ordered.

I still think Danielson needs to bulk up a bit more. He didn’t look strong in the corners during his short stint with the Griffins in the playoffs. I think a season GR would help him a lot.
