It does but for their sake they need to get some better expereinced forwards to lead the way, or at least one.

Why they signed Tyler Bertuzzi to that contract I'll never know.
Difficult to know whether 25-26 or 26-27 season should be the push for vet forwards.

With Bert, I imagine that mental fatigue from all of the losing is wearing on him, and others. He plays a role currently, but as the youngsters join the team, he’ll be dropped down the lineup where he belongs, and will do better against that competition.

For me they need to get at least a solid leadership/skilled guy in there next season as an example for the young forwards.

I don't expect the Black Hawks to be anywhere near a playoff spot next year but the young forward group needs more help in developing and they will really reap the rewards in 26-27 and most likely be a playoff team by the following season at the latest 27-28.
