I feel like when he was in LU, everyone shit all over him that he wasn't talented...what changed? Serious question, bc when he made appearances in AEW i didn't feel like he was anything more than average

Never really watched NJ to see him there, so maybe that's where I'm wrong

Or am I thinking of a totally different person lol

Idk but i loved when AEW brought him in though. They just didn’t do much with him, which makes sense given he wasn’t their talent.

They should do that, It's the only Main Roster title he hasn't won.

Hell I'd have him win the NXT title too.

You want to generate heat that's how you do that.

The NXT audience would HATE that.

OR and they won't do this but they have a relationship with TNA.

Have him show up in TNA and have him beat Joe Hendry for the championship, and not just beat him, BURY him.

Then have Rock and Cena come out on RAW AND SD and have them talk about now they rule EVERYTHING, Hollywood, the WWE, and now TNA, they rule EVERYTHING and seeing as The Rock isn't just the final boss but he's literally THE Boss NOBODY can stop them.

Have them recruit one or 2 more members say Drew and Maybe Punk.

And have a WWE/TNA alliance go against them.

And that would be.

Cody
Roman
Rollins
Hendry
Moose

The good guys do have 1 extra member but I didn't want to leave out Roman or Rollins.

Maybe have Hendry turn to give the heels the numbers advantage and have him say that he loved TNA, how he didn't WANT to turn on TNA but how TNA turned on him when NOBODY had his back when Rock and Cena beat his ass and left him a bloody mess.

Basically have it be the same reason Eric Bischoff gave for joining the NWO in 1996.

Which if you remember was he didn't want to be consumed by the power so he joined the power.

And that's why Joe Hendry joins, not because he wants to he truly doesn't he HATES The Rock and Cena and he makes that VERY clear.

But he knows he can't beat the power so he joins the power.

He was doing just fine in WWE until McMahon changed his character and did that whole knock on my door crap

I just find dark mysterious characters to be limiting. Been done before and just feels out of place in today's era. Black has somewhat forced himself into a corner with the excessive body tattooing. I didn't care for any part of his first run in WWE. Honestly if it was my call he wouldn't be coming back at all.

No characters are limiting unless their talent is or they are booked terribly by making them unbeatable (there is nowhere to go but down after that). The guy can and has put on great matches

The tattoo comment is just straight up ridiculous, tattoos don't make a personality. Also for the most part his tattoos aren't even that dark. The hand with the eye is meant to ward off evil and bad luck, he has a Hindu goddess, a lot of traditional Japanese work... yeah the one his back is a bit darker but again a tattoo doesn't make a character... if it did what would you pigeonhole Randy Orton as? Afterall his sleeves are mostly just skulls.

also a quote from him about his tatoos
