Ray Lewis wasn't a kicker, and he also rehabbed his image. Although, that isn't supposed to play a role when it comes to the NFL hall of fame.

Tuckers issue is hes a kicker so that already makes it difficult and he didn't have a fall guy (not that you can really have one in a situation like this).
If this was the 80s or 90s he could probably "get away" with it and still be inducted, but in this day and age, a near zero chance.

It's more of a victimless crime tho, I mean sure his family was a victim of it to some extent but it's not like he killed someone to get drugs. Tucker's issue is there are victim(s) and that makes it a lot harder. There are people who will use the media to disgrace him and run. PR campaign against Canton.
Grant Fuhr took the hit when Wayne and the boys got caught with blow, but that never hurt his HHOF chances because there wasn't really a victim.

Plus, these are from people working in high end spas and wellness centers (registered therapists). Not just some person on Social Media.

These claims are simply not true,” Tucker said. “Throughout the last four weeks, I have spent countless hours replaying every interaction I have had with bodywork professionals over the last thirteen years. I can assure whoever is reading this that I have never intended to disrespect anyone, cross any boundary, or make anyone feel uncomfortable in any way whatsoever.

That's not the issue... No one thinks they are flat out 'lying'. Everyone knows what's going on here. The guy got rubbed and tugged at a bunch of massage parlors. And probably forced at least a couple therapists to do it, with some degree of unwillingness.
In reality, it's very popular for massage parlors across the country/globe in vairous neighborhoods to offer this 'service' under the table. People in those neighborhoods know those places. Robert Kraft was caught up in this.
Now, even the places and therapists who did it willingly and offerd this service under the table, are obviously going to join the train and jump on to get a check.
That said, Tucker seems to be in a steep decline, this could be the end of his NFL career being a struggling albeit once great kicker given the baggage of this and unkown future performance.
I don't know if these allegations should be enough to tarnish his legacy and keep him out of the Hall though. Given how long ago they occurred and the vague nature of them.
