He did what? My original dispute was about Lehkonen's dad calling him lazy, which he didn't do. Other dude just repeated this lie few comments above. Rantanen reacted to "Ismo talking shit" etc. but Rantanen also overreacted to an implication either based on his own misunderstanding or the misunderstanding of media, not what was actually said.

I will say, without Miro I’m skeptical on the Stars winning.

That being said, the Stars are a deeper team offensively and I don’t see how anyone can argue otherwise. They have Johnston as their 3rd line centre, alongside Benn and most likely Grandlund once Seguin is back before playoffs. That’s all that needs to be said when talking about offensive depth.

You say Avs have two top lines. Well the Stars have three.

Also sure the Avs are rolling but the Stars have been all year. Even with their recent struggles, they’re still finding ways to win games.

If Avs pull it off it’s because without Miro, our defense will struggle to contain the Avs speed.

It'll be an interesting series for sure. Both teams are rolling right now. IMO the X-Factors will be how the Stars will be in a 7 game series without Heiskanen and for the Avs it's going to be seeing how Blackwood will do as a goalie who's unproven in the playoffs.

If Miro is either out or playing hurt and Dallas manages to win this upcoming series you just tip your hat.

The Avs have had the worse of the injury luck in both past series' with the Stars. Now coming down the stretch this year it looks like the tables could have turned.

Without Miro the Avs should be able to handle Dallas without a significant amount of difficulty. And before Stars fans freak out over that, I'd be saying the same thing about Dallas beating the Avs if Makar was out. It just too big of a blow to survive against a contending team in the postseason.

But I still don't believe Miro will miss round 1. They'll necro his ass come game 4 even if they have to shoot him up with miracle shit that takes a few years off his life.
