Seems like a big part of any rebuild is having a top 15 goaltender. The amount of turmoil teams go through because of shoddy goaltending ruins years and creates this re-rebuild predicament.

It’s not that tough to find a good goalie. The problem is they’re often blocked by overpaid poor goalies. The good ones are out there but you’ve got to scout them right. The rangers luckily don’t fall into that pit ever.

Because the Rangers are not a terrible team.

I believe if Kreider never got injured, the Rangers easily make the playoffs. They probably lose relatively early, but they’re a playoff team.

I am sure Miller is a talented plyer but I am gathering that he didn’t fit well in the locker room with the rangers. They’ve been very lively and appear quite cohesive since the deadline. I may be just projecting. But it seems they have a nice team feeling at the moment. Maybe it’s just the lack of pressure or crap competition or some combo. But they seem... to be enjoying themselves. Lots of smiles. Nice to see whatever the reason(s).

I don't think this game has been that bad. The attempts are pretty close in a game we're winning 5-0.

More of Buffalo's attempts have hit the goalie but that hasn't shown to be particularly repeatable.
