Yep, the only way to look at this is that it is an ice-water welcome back to the old rule that you have to work for things.
Not much work tonight.

Full credit to the Kings. I know they interfere and hook etc. How is that not smart when they are rewarded for it?

People around these parts forget McDonagh was a 50 point defenseman last year, this team will be lucky to reach the ECF with guys playing scared

2nd round preview of this team.

I'm dead serious.

If we play against the Isles, or specfiically the Lightning, I think we'll be done. We can't play against aggressive forechecking teams like this. It's been an issue all year and nothing's changed. They'd eat us right up.

Terrible performance by the players but also very bad coaching. Nothing has been done to change the flow of the game. We were also asleep coming out for the 3rd, no motivation at all coming from the locker room.

Eh, fans were acting like we would steam roll the Ducks in a series because of our 7-2 win. It goes both ways.

Which is still silly.

We'd beat the Ducks but doubt there would be any steamrolling going on.

we are missing 3 very important players to our line-up and just won a game 7-2 a few days ago against a 1st place team and you guys are talking like we are about to get swept in the playoffs just cause we are having a bad game against a very desperate team, calm down
