I never said I want him as coach, but using the results of his team as the only reason to NOT hire him, is just ignorant.

Mike Sullivan was responsible for the worst PP in living memory with the Rangers. Now he has won 2 cups with the Penguins.

Joel Quenneville was fired by St Louis when they had 67 points in 61 games. And then he won 3 cups with Chicago.

Darryl Sutter was fired by San Jose after a 8–12–2–2 record. He went on to win 2 cups with LA.
