4th line has a great shift, throws some big hits, gets a breakaway, draws a penalty, doesn't see the ice the rest of the period. Genius.

Nash wasn't ready for the pass because he's not supposed to be passed to in that spot. I've never had a coach endorse the play Moore chose to make there.

Nash not being ready is the underlying issue.

Moore was going back for the puck under pressure. He was able to get the puck to a teammate on that play.

I understand its hip to call Moore a moron and such, but his teammate needs to be aware of whats going on.

Nash has no intensity. Thats an issue. The "leadership" bull **** from earlier today, this is a part of the problem. Nash, Richards, St. Louis...how many more excuses need to be made for these guys.

Lets pin it on 23 year old Moore. Who did the correct thing in a bang-bang situation: get the puck on the stick of a teammate.

Nash, Richards, St. Louis...maybe if they pull their ****ing heads out of their ***** and "lead" this team. Especially on the power play, instead of the flat, lazy garbage they displayed, then we wouldn't be down a goal.

This team is garbage.

All of that is meaningless since that was a horrendous pass by Moore.

I suppose one can be cynical and despair after one disappointing period ("I can't stand two more periods of this mediocrity"). But let's stay positive: we have two periods to fix / make up for a disappointing first period. Let's stay disciplined and positive. The rest will follow.

If we continue our inept inability to gain the zone teams will trap us all through the PO's (I'm hoping)maybe we could try something different like blasting it at the goalie, instead of dump and chase maybe we get a rebound, otherwise we're done for.

The Rangers came out hard in the first 5 minutes after that they gave up. Pathetic effort.

"What needs to be said will still be said...something something...not like a 38 year old...something something..."

This team is crap. Lead by crap. Overpaid crap.

What? That goal was Moore's fault? He put the puck on Nash's stick.... He has to be aware of where the other team is, ready to receive and move the puck quick.... He wasn't, and didn't.
