AAV is pretty friendly considering the 2nd year and his performance last year. This is a very tradable contract if Chytil can take that next step or if someone comes knocking at the deadline, but if worst comes to worst he can be exposed to Seattle and be an appealing pick for them.

He probably has more value at two years rather than one. Any team trading for him will want more than a handful of games to evaluate him with their team before making a decision on whether to re-sign him as a UFA.

This is fine. AAV isn’t bad, and 2 years gives the team flexibiloty and a backup plan for at least another year if Chytil flatlines or takes a step backwards this coming season.
