If im Drury, there’s exactly 3 untouchables in the Rangers org. Lafreniere, Fox, Perreault. Cuylle is right on the border of that tier too (I’m unconvinced that he’s not just on a sh% bender, but he at least plays the right way). Anyone else I am looking at best offers.

Kakko to Dallas for........

Hard to say. I'd like to see him go for someone with a similar pedigree who needs a fresh start. But it's hard to shake the feeling that they're going to deal him for a "culture guy" or something like that.

I feel like Kreider would make more sense for Dallas though. Am I way off base there?

Team is horrible defensively and our goalie isn't making up for it like he has been in previous years.

That being said, he's far from a defensive stalwart. But that's not what we need him to be either.

Oh he’s really never been particularly good defensively. I would even say bad. The difference is in past years he’s been getting better goaltending. This year he’s got an on-ice sv% of .870.

In terms of HDCF vs HDGF, he’s allowed HDCF at the 13th highest rate on the team, but HDGF at the second highest.

I don't think you're off base- Dallas would be stacked on LW in that event. Imagine rolling out Jamie Benn on your 4th line.
