To be honest, I prefer the high risk, high return picks like The Duke and The Butcher, but I guess they felt they wanted a safer guy, particularly after a super-risky pick in the second round.

Just because he's not pure finesse doesn't mean he's a 'safe pick.'

Supposedly his upside is a Dustin Brown type - though most likely not as talented, but who knows.

Absolutely agreed. Never thought we had a chance at landing Iverson, especially not in the 3rd round. This kid is a gamer, he's got big potential.
