What account problems could they possibly be having to require this? Email from my rep just now:

“Please be advised that we are unable to consider you for any future purchases, including a 2025-26 Season Ticket Membership, until you complete this account verification process.

Verify yourself with ID.Me
Maybe the Ticketmaster hack/Data breach? There are reports that some accounts have been taken over and tickets have been transferred out from the accounts. See: Tickets Disappearing from Ticketmaster Customer Accounts

I'm taking my daughter to the game vs Seattle. I won the tickets via Verizon. They include access to the Verizon Club. I saw a little info about it online. Can someone give me some more info on it? Is it free food? Where is it located? What time does it open? Any help is appreciated!

It can be used for meet and greets (should that be something you won), but also I believe they have small bites and some drinks as long as you tip.

I looked at the site to get you more details but i'm wrong with the drinks. It's non-alcoholic for free with drinks available to be purchased.

I'm assuming you got great tickets here but you may want to call to find out about when you can enter.

Thanks. I got the info from that site. Any idea what the best number to call would be?

Probably the number at the bottom of that link (1 (212) 465-6771) or the chat option they have next to it. Emailing would probably be your last option.

Chat says "The Verizon club for your Rangers game is open to you 30 min before regular doors."
I can't 100% say that's going to be accurate.

Thanks. I called and they weren't very helpful lol. I got where to enter and that food and soda/water is included. Didn't seem sure what time the entrance for it opens.

I would just show up early and and aim for 45min before MSG doors open. That information should be easy to find by contacting them.

I *think* they renamed the J.P. Morgan Club. If that's right, you will have tons of free food-- you have access to the Delta Club which has a lot of food, then below Delta is the more exclusive club that has even more food. I think alcohol is the only thing not included. Do not eat before going to the game. As far as location, you probably have glass seats. You walk around the rink to the entrance of the Delta club, and inside there is a stairway downstairs to the Verizon club. I believe there are glass walls around it. You will show the bracelet you will receive upon entering the first time.

Thanks for the information. Def don't have glass seats. They are lower level corner about 20 rows up. I'm guessing because they are from Verizon via the MyAccess reward, that they give these away with them.

Interesting that they added this as a perk. The MyAccess seats used to be center ice club (no all inclusive clubs) but they loaded each ticket with a $30 food/merch credit then they shifted them into the seats you're describing now with no additional perks. I guess with the new partnership with Verizon they added the club as a perk which is nice.

As a side note, I've gotten the Mets seats through Verizon as well and they're awesome.

Does anyone have the bridge level tiers for this year? I'm curious how much of a difference it is in price.

I know for west balcony its the below, but I've also been a holder since 2005 so locked into the old tenure pricing.

Wow, didn't realize how much the tenured discount mattered. The non-tenured pricing for west balcony is:
64.75
78.25
108
132.25
162.25

The Chase Bridge has 2 price points: center (312-314) and non-center (310-311, 315-316, and the south bridge 324-325 & 327-328, though I don't know if they offer seasons on the south bridge). The Bridge is a big step up price-wise from the West Balcony, and the center seats are a big step up from the non-center seats. I have a non-tenured pair on the west balcony, and have a tenured pair that I switched from non-center bridge to center bridge. I'm essentially on the red line so I can't complain about the seats at all, but I will say that the "value" is probably higher where you are. For reference, these are the tenured Chase Bridge center tiers this year:
100.50
121.25
167
205.25
251.25

I am very happy with my seats because I love sitting there when I go, but due to a newborn I have not even been to a game this year and can easily tell you that it is far easier to sell the west balcony seats than the dead center bridge seats.

It's really weird as I have center court bridge seats for the knicks and they are so much cheaper than the rangers - usually it is the other way around.

I'm also in West Balcony on the 108 pricing. Great seats but I get why Bridge is more expensive. However, cost effectiveness obviously comes into play and isn't really close. Weird how mis-aligned they are. $64 is insane and whoever has that is absolutely rolling in it if they resell.

64.75 is only for the lowest tier games. Preseason (and I think one regular season game this year).

I agree the Bridge should be more expensive. Not sure it should be THAT much more expensive, though. West balcony seats are some of the best values.

Ahh, I thought you meant that was the tiering based on various tenures not the game tiers.
