Just snagged 2 chase bridge barstools for next season. I am terrified but I have sat on the bridge and loved the view. Just never sat in the barstools. I think the convenience of no lines and easy in easy out as well as having a place for drinks and food is what swayed me. Obviously the perfect view of the entire ice helped too.
What section are you in? I've sat all across the bridge and balcony and love it. Just moved from 311 to 320 cause of the price difference.

Probably picked up your old seats because I grabbed the barstools in 311! Let me know your thoughts.

I sat on the bridge barstools a couple of times last season and liked them. My main concern with them is how they sell on secondary market.

Yes, fair point. I would have thought they would resell quite well but I could be wrong. To be honest, resellablity is definitely a factor but ranks below convenience/view and some other factors as well.

My knicks seats are on the bridge and they sell well (row 1 dead center court). They are cheap relative to how much the rangers charge and I like the seats. But I was tempted to either move to the aisle or barstools but as long as the knicks suck I'll stick with the sure thing.

Why are you looking to move? 224 center ice is pretty nice for only the third year. And there's no row 1 or 2, so you can't even be gouged for the premium gallery seats. Are you just on the wrong side of the price break?
Like I said mostly for fun since I don’t expect to see much. And you’re right, the seat is great, nearly center ice 5 rows behind the camera well. The only thing that would interest me is a comparable seat for full season. Because…

It’s kind of a drag to know the other guy is sometimes getting the game I’d like to see. And splitting playoffs was even more of a bummer.

Altho on the other hand it would be a major $$$ hit to the wallet. Rangers Cup window vs my bank account lol.

Is 10/9 at UBS or in Bridgeport? Rangers graphic on twitter claims UBS

Islanders website says all their home preseason games are in CT. I'd go with them.
Wonder if that's just outdated from last season since UBS wasn't ready until Thanksgiving. The idea of going all the way to Bridgeport from Long Island for multiple pre season games sounds like hell for players/staff

Has anyone recently moved out of the NYC area and kept their tickets without a problem? Feel like I remember a couple of cases where a STH moved to the AZ or NC area and MSG gave them pushback..

Does anyone have tickets in either the west balcony (317-323) or lounge club seats (304-306)? Curious if being elevated helps see the opposite end of the ice. Also, how cushy are those lounge club seats?

I live north of Saratoga, full time since 2013. Go to 10-15 games a year, plus all playoff games. Have never been questioned by MSG at all.

Now, Suburban Phoenix. Then, Long Island
@bobbop lives in the Phoenix area & he's been a STH for years. Maybe he will chime in.
Interesting story. I first bought seasons in 1994 when I lived in PA north of Philadelphia. I never lived in the 75 mile radius or tri-state area. Through the years, I moved to Nebraska, California, Minnesota and Arizona with no issues. In 2018, I got a call out of the blue from some middle manager canceling my tickets. I raised hell with a couple of Rangers VPs that I know and they reinstated me. Two years later I gave up my tickets when it got to be too much of a financial and logistic burden

Apologies if already answered a million times, but how does playoff ticket availability work for half season (or even quarter season, if those become available) plans?

Half season are guaranteed every other home game while quarter season get a game a round. This past season, half season were able to get every game (albeit not same seats) while quarters got every other game. I wouldn’t expect this to be the case every year or maybe even going forward but that was a bonus this past year.

I am located in the lounge club seats, been there for years and love it up there. Its high up but you can see the whole ice, the seats are wide and most comfortable in the house. I wouldn't recommend row 2 though. If you are not in row 1 its hard to see the goalie closest to you unless you are sitting forward in your seat and the person in row 1 is sitting back.
